by his peers at the Court \u2013 due to his diplomacy -, Amaury practiced private law and after that he became Rio de Janeiro\u2019s State Attorney before joining the Judiciary Power.<\/p><p>In 1988 he became Federal Judge and acted in the states of Par\u00e1, Rio de Janeiro and Paran\u00e1.<\/p><p>After some years, in 1997 he was designated as Federal Judge of Appeals of the Federal Regional Court of the 4th Region where in 2008 he served as Vice-President of the Court.<\/p><p>In 2018 he passed and left a brilliant professional and personal legacy for the coming generations.<\/p><p><strong>If today we are who we are is due to the Honorable Federal Judge of Appeals Amaury Chaves de Athayde, who blessed us with his lessons and values that we are keen to spread
