Born in Curitiba/PR and father of our Found Partner, Amaury Chaves de Athayde was Federal Judge of Appeals of the Federal Regional Court of the 4th Region, in Porto Alegre/RS.
He always believed in the values of righteousness, solidarity, hard work and the love towards his family.
Fondly called as “The Ambassador” by his peers at the Court – due to his diplomacy -, Amaury practiced private law and after that he became Rio de Janeiro’s State Attorney before joining the Judiciary Power.
In 1988 he became Federal Judge and acted in the states of Pará, Rio de Janeiro and Paraná.
After some years, in 1997 he was designated as Federal Judge of Appeals of the Federal Regional Court of the 4th Region where in 2008 he served as Vice-President of the Court.
In 2018 he passed and left a brilliant professional and personal legacy for the coming generations.
